About the lessons
This curriculum has 17 lessons and can be taught over the span of a school year. For example, you could possibly teach the lessons on weeks one and three, or weeks two and four each month. On the weeks you don’t have lessons, your group can meet for lunch, discuss how things are going as they put into practice what you’re learning, and do different team building activities. Another option is to have your club every week after school for an hour. This allows time for physical activity, as well as the lesson. It might also allow you to meet with two groups over the span of a year. The lessons take about 30 minutes, with discussion.
